Steve McCloskeySteve McCloskey, President
Caregiver's Home Solutions

Steve McCloskey serves as President of our non-medical in-home care division, Caregiver's Home Solutions. He brings extensive general management and business development experience from the advertising, marketing consulting, and information services fields.

Steve began his career at Ted Bates Worldwide, then the fifth largest ad agency in the world, now absorbed by the WPP Group. After 12 years of increasingly responsible positions in account management on the agency's largest packaged goods accounts, he left to become Executive Vice President-Director of Client Services at Publicis' New York office.

In his time at Publicis, the office increased billings 400% to $110 million, primarily through the acquisition of new clients such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Scott Paper, Andrew Jergens, Unilever, and Nestle.

After a decade at Publicis, Steve joined Brand Keys, Inc., a New York-based brand equity/customer loyalty consultancy, to help launch the innovative and widely-respected Brand keys Customer Loyalty Index. Following the successful establishment of this nationally-syndicated and often-quoted index, he turned his attention to the development of the first online, real-time system to measure return-on-investment of magazine advertising for AdPilot, Inc., also in New York.

Steve's interest in caregiving and elder care developed during his time at AdPilot, when he became a caregiver himself for his mother-in-law. Steve maintained the role for more than a decade, balancing career and other obligations, and found the role deeply satisfying, while taxing. At the end, Steve knew he wanted to enter the field formally to help others experiencing the same joys and challenges.

Today, with the number of elderly loved ones in need of professional caregiving services growing by leaps and bounds, Steve and Caregiver's Home Solutions are on a mission to help as many others as they can to make a huge difference in the quality of their elderly loved ones' lives.

Steve is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a B.S. Economics, and holds an MBA from the Tuck school at Dartmouth. He and his wife Ann live in Harrison, New York.
